Licensed Realtor in Arizona, Robert A. Cohen was born in Boston, Massachusetts. He grew up in the Boston area, where he graduated from Harvard University in 1982. After spending two years in Madison Wisconsin, he returned to Boston where he attended the Boston University School of Law, passed the Massachusetts Bar, and began to practice law on the "front lines" as an Assistant Corporation Counsel for the City of Boston.
After several years of conducting trials, Robert A. Cohen expressed an interest in Environmental and Land Use law. He was named General Counsel to the City of Boston Zoning Board of Appeals in 1994 and formed and acted as lead litigator for the Boston Environmental Strike team in 1996.
In 1999 Robert A. Cohen was appointed Director of Plans and Zoning for the City of Boston and Assistant Commissioner of the Inspectional Department where he remained for three years until moving to Arizona. In Arizona Rob passed the Bar in the summer of 2002 doing municipal contract work in the Phoenix area. In 2003 Robert A. Cohen received his Arizona Real Estate License and has worked with Keller Williams Arizona Realty since that time.

She has had extensive administration and office management experience working for Real Estate Market Centers and a solid background in assisting clients in the fast paced aspects of Escrow. Currently Ali uses those experiences to ensure smooth and flawless transactions. As an extended member of the Daley Team, she manages tasks and details that help exceed the expectations of our clients and ensure client satisfaction as they close on their new home.

Mr. Kadish has represented numerous individuals and businesses covering a wide range of Business and Real Estate matters for over 30 years in Arizona. His clients include local and regional restaurateurs, home builders, commercial developers, landlords, tenants, real estate brokers, property managers, and convenience store owners. Over the past three decades, Mr. Kadish has helped dozens of business startups incorporate or form limited liability companies. In addition to his Business Law practice, Mr. Kadish's Real Estate Law experience includes negotiating, documenting, and closing transactions, as well as preparing purchase and sale agreements, leases, deeds, promissory notes, financing instruments, and other documents dealing with residential and commercial real estate matters, both simple and complex. Mr. Kadish is often called upon to counsel with fellow lawyers, escrow officers, and other real estate professionals concerning complicated real estate transactions..
Committed to community service, Mr. Kadish currently serves on the Board of Directors of the non-profit Arizona Center for Law in the Public Interest, a public interest law firm, and as Chairman of the Board of Directors for Centennial Theatre Foundation, an Arizona based non-profit organization dedicated to developing and promoting original theatrical productions with Arizona and Southwestern themes.. Mr. Kadish has served on numerous non-profit and for profit boards including Tempe Chapter of the Salvation Army, Mill Avenue Merchants Association, Tempe Arts Center, Downtown Tempe Community (Mill Avenue District), and New Times, Inc., as well as numerous governmental and quasi-governmental boards and commissions.
